This website is operated by John Hunnicutt, trading as Halden ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

2. Products, pricing, and availability
We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. Product descriptions and specifications are provided by our suppliers.
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may cancel an order at any time before dispatch and issue a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these terms by reference.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and layout — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to transmit malicious code, or to scrape or harvest data from the site.
