Tracked US delivery, free on orders over $50
We ship to addresses throughout the United States, and every order travels with a tracking number from the moment it leaves the warehouse.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 9–13 days of being placed. Around 85% of orders arrive within 14 days.
That window already includes handling — it is the time from your click to your doorstep, not a processing estimate with shipping added on top. A small number of orders run longer during peak periods or severe weather, and the guarantees below cover you if that happens.

Our delivery guarantees
You are covered on all three counts, with no restocking fee:
- Lost in transit? Full refund.
- Arrives damaged? Full refund. Send us a photo and we will take care of it.
- Not delivered within 30 days? Full refund.
These guarantees cover the shipment itself. They do not apply where an address was entered incorrectly at checkout, where delivery was refused, or where the carrier has confirmed delivery.
Tracking your order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please allow 2–5 days for the first carrier scan to appear — a tracking number that has not updated yet is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Split shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in more than one package and on different days, at no extra cost to you.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier straight away. If the 30-day mark passes without delivery, your refund is automatic.
Taxes
Applicable US state and local sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
